Shampoo bar users often tell us they’ll “never go back to that plastic bottle stuff.” However, we know many may not be familiar with shampoo bar advantages or how to use them. Here’s a summary:

Liquid commercial shampoos often contain ingredients such as parabens (synthetic preservative) to prolong shelf-life and sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) to boost the foaming properties.
