Avocado oil skin care benefits come from its super-moisturizing properties; it is high in sterolins (plant steroids), making it an very good moisturizer. Avocado oil is often included in products formulated for those with dry and sun-damaged skin. Olive oil benefits skin in many ways with anti-oxidant-rich moisturizing properties. Handmade natural soap with an olive oil base is a great soap for dry skin.
